The Victims’ Recovery Law Center has unique experience in representing the victims of domestic terrorism, which is a natural outgrowth of our experience in representing the victims of violent crime. Additionally, in recent years the United State Congress has passed a series of sweeping new laws that may permit US nationals, members of the US armed forces, and persons otherwise employed or under contract with the US government (such as translators) to file suit against governments or groups recognized as promoting terrorism.

Although this firm has not yet filed suit in any international terrorism case, we have carefully reviewed the law in this new and fast-developing area of crime victim law and look forward to representing both domestic and international terrorism victims and their families in future cases, because we recognize that terrorism victims comprise a growing category of crime victims who are underserved by the legal community — especially in light of the severity of the harm they have often suffered.
